Dr Morrell Studied abroad and he is of Ngapuhi descent and has been involved with Iwi for more than 18 years. He is former deputy chairman for Te Runanga a Iwi o Ngapuhi. Dr Graeme holds the position of Te Kawai Taumata representitive for the Ngapuhi Iwi for more than 4 years.
