National Institute Of Studies Charter

The National Institute of Studies (“NIS”) was established in 2002.  NIS is registered and accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) as a private training establishment. It aims to provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment for domestic and international students. The organisation combines cultural diversity and business expertise in the delivery of its business and IT programmes. It also offers English language programmes to help students acquire language skills for tertiary studies..

To be NZ based, recognised both nationally and internationally as a successfully networked organization. Delivering quality academic services and learning resources to the local NZ community and global markets.

The National Institute of Studies will utilize the most efficient resources and teaching methods available empowering students to achieve their educational, professional and personal goals. We will do this by emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning and providing a network of guidance and support. We pledge commitment to developing and maintaining the highest educational services and products. We encourage our students and staff to “Educate and network for success”. A further aspect of our mission is to provide high quality pastoral care for our international students, together with social and cultural integration into New Zealand life.

NIS is a wholly New Zealand owned private education provider. Networking amongst a diverse range of communities enhances the primary relationship through the inclusion of multi-cultural staff and the blending of knowledge skill and culture.
